Terms & Conditions
1. MEASUREMENTS
If you provide your own measurements when ordering, Cristini Carpet Centre are not responsible for any shortages or overages resulting from incorrect measurements.
2. PAYMENT
On placing your order, we require full payment for the materials or a deposit, with the remaining balance to be paid before the goods leave the store.
3. RETURNS
Once goods have been received in the shop, they may be returned if untouched. A 25% restocking charge will be applied by the manufacturer.
4. MADE-TO-MEASURE ORDERS
Once orders or materials have been cut to your room sizes/plans, they are non-changeable and non-refundable.
5. DELIVERY & MANUFACTURING DELAYS
Although we can provide expected delivery times, manufacturing delays and material production are outside of our control. We will keep you updated as best we can.
If the order is for a single room, cancellation or reselection can be made if the newly advised production date is unsuitable.
However, if the delayed material forms part of an order where the remaining materials have already been cut for your rooms, we are unable to change or refund the order.
In this situation, we will discuss the following options with you: arrange an initial visit and return once the delayed materials arrive, or postpone the entire delivery/installation until the delayed part of the order arrives.
6. FITTING & INSTALLATION
We do not have our own fitters. However, we can arrange installation on your behalf using trusted independent fitters who undertake customers’ work in the area for all carpet shops.
Any fitting dates provided are subject to the availability and circumstances of the fitter. If they are unable to attend, we will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible and work with you to arrange an alternative.
7. FITTING COSTS & DAMAGE
We can arrange and provide an estimate of the independent fitter’s costs but are not responsible for any charges, installation issues or damages that may arise from their work, nor for any additional charges they make for additional work. Please contact them directly after installation for any fitting issues.
